If the quality or execution does not meet expectations, please contact the delivering florist (contact details are on the wrapping paper on the bouquet) or Euroflorist's customer service. This should preferably be done as soon as possible after delivery so that we can correct any errors or deficiencies. Since flowers are a fresh product, it is necessary that you contact us as soon as possible after delivery, so that we have the opportunity to assess the product and possibly exchange it.
