Getting an error message when you fill in the phone number? It's almost always down to the format.
Use digits only
Phone numbers can only contain digits. Remove plus signs, hyphens and spaces.
Here's how it should look:
- 0701234567 ✅
- +46 70 123 45 67 ❌
- 070-123 45 67 ❌
Still not working?
Check that you've entered the right number of digits and that you've filled the number in the right field – your own number and the recipient's respectively.
Also note! For Flowerboxes we need a Swedish mobile number for the recipient. The courier uses the number for the delivery notification, so the delivery can't be completed without it.
