Check Outside the Door:
If your order shows as delivered but you cannot find the bouquet, we recommend checking the area outside the recipient's door where the flowers may have been left. Delivery personnel often try to leave the bouquet in a safe place just outside the door or by the mailbox. This applies only to courier deliveries.
Contact the Recipient:
Please contact the recipient and ask them to check if they have received an SMS from the courier regarding their delivery. If they were not home at the time of delivery, the courier has left it at a parcel shop where they can pick up their bouquet.
The Flowers Might Be on Their Way:
In some cases, florists may close their shop and send a delivery confirmation before the bouquet has actually been delivered to the recipient. This means you might receive a confirmation that your order has been delivered, but the bouquet could still be on its way and arriving a little later. We recommend waiting a while and then checking with the recipient again. If the bouquet still hasn’t arrived after a reasonable time, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
