Florist bouquets are arranged by a local florist
The florist arranges the bouquet based on the product photo and their own range. Flowers may be swapped for similar ones in color and shape, depending on what's in the shop that day.
We'd rather swap a flower than miss the delivery day. The bouquet keeps its overall look and color scheme, and always matches what you've paid. If the florist can't deliver a similar bouquet in color and shape, we or the florist will contact you.
Bouquets designed by the florist
Bouquets marked "florist's choice" give the florist even more of a free hand. Here the florist creates their own look from the day's flowers, within the same color scheme. So they rarely look exactly like the picture – that's the whole idea.
Flowerbox
A Flowerbox always contains the same flower types and numbers as in the product photo.
The flowers are delivered in bud and may look a little limp when they arrive. Trim the stems and put them in fresh water, and they'll open up within 24–48 hours. See the article on buds below.
