We're sorry the box arrived damaged. Here's what to do next.
Check the flowers first
Open the box carefully and look at the bouquet. The inner packaging holds the flowers in place, so the bouquet is often undamaged even if the outer box has taken a knock.
If the flowers are intact, there's nothing more you need to do – trim the stems and put them in water as usual.
Have the flowers been damaged?
Get in touch and select Complaint as the subject. Attach:
- A clear photo showing the whole bouquet from above
- Photos of the damaged box
- Close-ups of the flowers that are affected
- Your order number
We'll look at the photos and get back to you with a solution.
